Delivery
SA DELIVERY FEES: Delivery is FREE for orders over R5000.00 anywhere in South Africa.
For all other orders within South Africa, an applicable courier fee will be charged.Other regions out of the South African border will be subject to courier fees
• Order dispatch time: o Orders received from Monday to Friday before 12pm (midday) on each of these days will be dispatched within 24 hours. Orders received after 12pm (midday) on Friday, as well as orders received on Saturday, Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday within 24 hours. o Orders received on Public Holidays will be dispatched on the following first working daywithin 24hours.
• General notes on delivery: o We endeavor to meet the best and fastest delivery time always. Please appreciate that events beyond our control could cause a delay. We thank you for your understanding. o We do not make deliveries over weekends and public holidays. o We cannot guarantee the exact delivery time on the day of delivery.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start your return please proceed to our website and click on the return tab and complete the return & refund document. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Please Note: • A 100% working Coffee Machine will not be accepted for a refund should it be shown that the coffee machine has made more than 10 cups of coffee. • Certain types of items cannot be returned, Coffee Beans; Water Filters & Descale Liquid. • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
