Our coffee machine was due for a service and we can report that the service at this establishment is still top-notch. We were informed of the progress of the service, given a heads-up of parts that need to be replaced and the cost of the service. What more can we say except that we are really, really happy customers! The people at Brewfix are amazing and knows what customer service is and it such a pleasure to deal with business like these (pity there are so few that get it right)... When our Saeco coffee machine broke, the ladies at Brewfix went to great lengths to help us choose the right coffee machine for us - letting us try out demo coffee machines at home, following up regularly. The machine we bought was delivered and installed as part of the shopping experience. Once again thanks for all the trouble you went through to ensure we're happy customers.

Our new SEACO coffee machine for the office space wasn’t functioning optimally but we couldn’t figure out what was causing such a good machine to produce bad coffee. Despite doing everything we could think of, the machine still wasn’t drawing a good shot. Everything tasted like dishwater. Weak, muddy, barely coffee.Bernice and the team at BrewFix were fantastic, taking it in despite us not knowing what we needed them to fix. Since the machine has come back, the directors and whole office space are very chuffed with the coffees being produced. We are quicker to go to our machine than the professional coffee shop around the corner- this is truly remarkable!Thank you BrewFix- looking forward to working with you for years to come.
