Shipping policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION:

• SA DELIVERY FEES: Delivery is FREE for orders over R5000.00 anywhere in South Africa. For all other orders within South Africa, an applicable courier fee will be charged.

Order dispatch time:

• Orders received from Monday to Friday before 12pm (midday) on each of these days will be dispatched within 24 hours.
• Orders received after 12pm (midday) on Friday, as well as orders received on Saturday, Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday within 24 hours.
• Orders received on Public Holidays will be dispatched on the following first working day within 24 hours.

General notes on delivery:

• We endeavor to meet the best and fastest delivery time always. Please appreciate that events beyond our control could cause a delay. We thank you for your understanding.
• We do not make deliveries over weekends and public holidays.
• We cannot guarantee the exact delivery time on the day of delivery.
